Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)

Ready mix concrete is a type of concrete that is manufactured in a factory or batching plant, according to a set recipe, and then delivered to a work site, by truck mounted transit mixers.
Ready mix concrete is made up of cement, water, aggregates (sand, gravel, or crushed stone), and sometimes additional ingredients such as admixtures, to enhance its properties such as workability, curing time, and durability.

Course Aggregates

Course aggregates are a type of construction material made up of larger particles that are used to provide structural support in concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials. They are typically composed of crushed rock, gravel, or other natural materials and can range in size from 5mm to 100mm or more. Coarse aggregates are an essential component of many construction materials, including concrete, where they contribute to the compressive strength and durability of the final product. In addition, coarse aggregates can also help to reduce the amount of cement required in concrete mixtures, reducing the cost of construction and reducing the carbon footprint of the project.

P Sand

P Sand is a type of sand that is produced by crushing rock and is sometimes referred to as crushed sand or rock sand. It is typically coarser than other types of sand and is used in construction for a variety of purposes, including as a substitute for natural sand in concrete and masonry work. P Sand is produced by crushing rocks into fine particles, which are then screened to produce sand of a specific size and shape. This process results in a sand that is free of impurities and is more consistent in terms of quality and grading, making it a suitable alternative to natural sand.

M Sand

M Sand, also known as manufactured sand, is a substitute for natural river sand. It is produced by crushing hard granite rocks, which are then screened to produce sand of the desired size and quality. The use of M Sand in construction has become increasingly popular due to a shortage of natural sand and the increasing cost of river sand. One of the main advantages of M Sand is that it is free of impurities, such as silt and clay, which can be present in natural sand. This results in a sand that is more consistent in terms of quality and grading, and therefore results in more consistent concrete and masonry work.

River sand

River sand is a naturally occurring sand that is extracted from riverbeds. It is composed of fine particles of minerals, such as silica, and is commonly used in construction for a variety of purposes, including as a component of concrete and mortar, as a base material for roads and foundations, and as a fill material for landscaping and other construction projects. River sand is highly valued for its physical and chemical properties, which make it ideal for use in construction. It is free of impurities and is typically well-graded, meaning that it is composed of particles of a consistent size and shape. This results in a sand that is more consistent in terms of quality and grading, and therefore results in more consistent concrete and masonry work.
